For boutiques & pop-ups

Run your boutique. Not your spreadsheets.

ONVO gives independent boutique and pop-up owners one place to track sales, schedule the team and keep labor on budget — set up in an afternoon.

Sound familiar?

Sales live in one spreadsheet, the schedule in a group chat, and hours on paper.
You find out you overspent on staff after the week is already over.
Saturday is slammed, Tuesday is quiet — but the schedule looks the same.

Sales tracking that keeps pace with your day

Log sales by the hour or enter your register's running total — ONVO converts it so nothing is double counted. See percent to goal, average transaction, units per transaction and conversion, with 7- and 30-day trends.

  • Hourly and daily sales entry
  • Goal pacing in your store's timezone
  • Safe math when traffic or transactions are zero

Scheduling built for a small floor team

Build the week in Week, Month or List view. ONVO flags overlapping shifts and availability conflicts before you publish, and handles shifts that cross midnight.

  • Reusable shift and week templates
  • Publish and unpublish anytime
  • Employees see only their own shifts on their phone

Labor planning against your budget

Every scheduled shift shows estimated wages against your labor-to-sales budget, so you can see overspending or thin coverage before the week starts.

  • Labor-to-target ratio per day
  • Overspend and staffing-gap alerts
  • Payroll-ready CSV of approved hours

Sales goals and forecasts are estimates to guide your decisions, never actual or guaranteed sales.

Questions boutique owners ask

Is ONVO a POS for boutiques?

No. ONVO works alongside your POS. You enter sales totals (or hourly register numbers) and ONVO turns them into goals, pacing and trends. POS integrations are not connected yet.

Does it work for a pop-up or seasonal shop?

Yes. Set your own open days and hours, mark closures, and goals are spread only across the days you're actually open.

Does ONVO run payroll?

No. ONVO tracks and approves hours and exports a payroll-ready CSV for the provider you already use. Wage figures are estimates for your review.

What does it cost?

ONVO is free during early access. Proposed paid plans are in preview and no billing is active.
