How long does setup take?
Most stores are up and running in an afternoon: add your store hours, invite your team, and set a monthly sales goal. ONVO guides you through each step.
Do my employees need to install an app?
No. ONVO runs in the browser on any phone or computer. Employees get a simple mobile-friendly view with their schedule, time clock and assigned tasks.
Can I try ONVO before paying?
Yes — ONVO is free during early access, and the Starter plan is proposed to stay free. You can also explore a clearly labeled demo workspace with sample data before entering anything real.
Money & payroll
Is ONVO a payroll provider?
No. ONVO tracks and approves hours, then exports a clean, payroll-ready CSV for your existing provider. We never process payments, withholding or direct deposits, and we never collect banking details. Wage figures in ONVO are labeled estimates for your review.
How much does ONVO cost?
Pricing is in preview: Starter free, Growth $39/month, Scale $99/month, and a Founding Retailer offer at $19/month for the first 12 months. No billing is active during early access.
Your data
Who can see my store's data?
Only the people you invite. Every workspace is tenant-isolated, employees can only see their own schedule, tasks and time records, and pay rates are visible to managers only.
Where do the Daily Playbook's numbers come from?
Only from your data: the goals you set, the schedule you publish and the sales you enter. Every suggestion is labeled with its source — actual, historical, manual or estimated — and when data is missing, ONVO asks for it instead of guessing.
Are ONVO's forecasts guaranteed?
No. Forecasts and suggestions are clearly labeled estimates and prompts for your judgment. ONVO never presents them as guaranteed sales improvements.
