Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026 — early access version.
The service
ONVO provides scheduling, sales goal planning, labor planning, time tracking and reporting tools for independent retail stores. ONVO is currently in early access; features may change as we improve the product.
Not payroll, not legal advice
ONVO does not process payments, direct deposits, tax withholding or deductions, and does not claim timekeeping or payroll compliance. Wage figures are estimates for your review. Break, overtime and timekeeping policies are configurable and remain your responsibility to review against the laws that apply to your business.
Estimates and suggestions
Forecasts, projections and Daily Playbook suggestions are labeled estimates or recommendations. They are prompts for your judgment, not guarantees of sales or business outcomes.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your team provide and for managing access to your workspace.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse ONVO: no unlawful activity, no attempting to access other workspaces, no interference with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Early access & pricing
Pricing shown on this site is a preview. No billing is active during early access, and we will provide notice before any paid plan takes effect.
