For boutiques, pop-ups & independent retail
Run your store.
Not your spreadsheets.
Meet the simpler way to manage your retail team, plan your sales goals, control labor costs, and run every day with confidence.
Today's priorities
- Restock linen table before the 12–2 rush
- Coach on add-ons at the register (UPT 1.6 vs 1.9 goal)
- Maya covers Sofia's break at 3:00

The everyday challenges of running a retail store
Independent retailers wear every hat. These are the problems we hear about most — and the ones ONVO is built to take off your plate.
The schedule lives in three places
A spreadsheet, a group chat, and a note on the register. Nobody's sure which version is right — until someone doesn't show up.
The monthly number never makes it to Monday
You set a sales goal, then the week happens. Without daily and hourly targets, the goal only shows up when it's too late to change it.
Labor cost is a surprise at month's end
You find out you overspent on hours when the payroll report arrives — weeks after the schedule that caused it.
The day's plan is in your head
Priorities, coaching notes, coverage gaps — carried around by the manager on duty instead of shared with the team.

Learn moreTime tracking
Employees clock in from their phones. You approve hours once, with a full audit trail.
Learn moreLabor planning
Planned wages against your labor budget, with early warnings while there's still time to adjust.
Learn moreSales goals
A monthly target becomes daily and hourly goals that follow your store's real rhythm.
Learn moreIntroducing the ONVO Daily Playbook
Every morning, a plan your whole team can see
The Daily Playbook turns your sales goals, staffing and recent results into today's target, an hourly breakdown, the busiest periods to staff for, and two to four priorities that matter most. Managers edit and publish it; the team sees exactly what winning today looks like.
- Today's sales target with an hourly breakdown
- Projected busiest periods from your own patterns
- Labor vs budget flags before they cost you
- Action items with an owner and a due time
Historical pattern from your entered sales. Consider staging restock before noon.
Traffic was up last week while conversion dipped — a good day to review greet-and-engage habits.
How ONVO works, in three simple steps
Set up your store
Add your team, your hours and your monthly sales goal. Most stores are up and running in an afternoon.
Plan the week
Build the schedule, see labor cost as you go, and publish. Your team sees their shifts right away.
Run the day
Each morning, ONVO turns your goals, staffing and recent sales into a clear Daily Playbook for the team.
Built for the way small shops actually work
Approvals without the paper chase
Review timesheets, flag overtime, and export a payroll-ready CSV. Every edit keeps an audit trail.
KPIs that explain themselves
Conversion, ATV, UPT and sales per labor hour — with plain-language coaching on what to try next.
Honest numbers, always
Every figure is labeled actual, historical, manual or estimated. ONVO never invents a trend.
Founding Retailers
Help shape ONVO — and lock in founding pricing
We're working closely with a small group of independent retailers. Founding Retailers get a private offer — $19/month for the first 12 months — and a direct line to the team building the product.

Questions, answered
Is ONVO a payroll provider?
No. ONVO tracks and approves hours, then exports a clean, payroll-ready CSV for your existing provider. We never process payments, withholding or direct deposits — wage figures in ONVO are clearly labeled estimates for your review.
How much does ONVO cost?
Pricing is in preview while we're in early access: a free Starter plan, Growth at $39/month and Scale at $99/month. Founding Retailers get a private offer. No billing is active yet — you can try ONVO free today.
Do my employees need to install anything?
No. ONVO runs in the browser on any phone or computer. Employees get a simple mobile-friendly view with their schedule, time clock and tasks.
Can I use ONVO for more than one store?
Yes. ONVO is built for single stores today and supports multiple locations within one workspace, each with its own goals, schedules and playbooks.
Where does the Daily Playbook get its numbers?
Only from your data: the goals you set, the schedule you publish, and the sales you enter. Every suggestion is labeled with its source, and when data is missing ONVO asks for it instead of guessing.
