What we collect
Account information (name, email), workspace data you enter (stores, employees, schedules, sales figures, time records), and standard technical data needed to operate the service. We never collect banking details and never process payments.
How we use it
To provide ONVO's features: scheduling, goals, the Daily Playbook, time tracking and reporting. Your workspace data is tenant-isolated — visible only to the people you invite, with role-based permissions.
What we never do
We don't sell your data, don't use your store's operational data for advertising, and don't expose employee pay rates to other employees. Demo workspaces contain only clearly labeled sample data.
Founding Retailer applications
Applications submitted through the Founding Retailers form are stored securely and reviewed only by the ONVO team. They are never published or shared publicly.
Data retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your workspace and account data at any time by contacting us. Time-entry edits keep an audit trail within your workspace for your own records.
