ONVO exists to give independent retailers the operational clarity that big chains get from whole departments — without the enterprise software that comes with it.
Why ONVO
Running an independent store means being the buyer, the marketer, the scheduler and the accountant — often before lunch. The tools available to help have historically fallen into two camps: spreadsheets that demand constant upkeep, or enterprise platforms designed for chains with dedicated operations teams.
ONVO is our answer to that gap: a retail operating system shaped by the day-to-day reality of managing a store — the schedule that changes twice before Friday, the monthly goal that needs to become a Tuesday afternoon target, the labor budget you only learn you blew when payroll runs.
We believe store operations should be simpler and more accessible: one calm place where the plan for the day lives, where every number says where it came from, and where the software works the way small shops actually work.
